St. Patrick’s Day Festivities in Greater Houston

Where are you going for St. Patrick's Day?

Where are you going for St. Patrick’s Day?

St. Patrick’s Day is almost here, and this means you have to start planning on parades, events, and pubs to go to. If you live in our Houston apartments, you are in luck because there are two fun-filled places you can go to, among others of your choice.

Going to the official 54th Annual St. Patrick’s Houston Parade on March 16 (starting at the Minute Maid Clocktower) is a terrific idea. You’ll get to enjoy the entertainment, especially the floats and bands playing wild Irish tunes.

Wear your green to the big parade or pre-party at events like the kilt contest at Brian O’Neill’s Irish Pub before the parade.

After the parade, make a point of visiting EinStein’s Pub in Katy for some delicious beer. Remember the name Einstein rings the excellence bell, so expect to indulge in the best beer from Ireland. Don’t expect it in small quantities!

Tell us about your St. Patrick’s Day plans in the Katy area on Facebook.
